Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in yoga classes and other activities at Califlo Yoga involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strains, sprains, and other health risks. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities, assuming all risk of injury or harm.

2. Release of Liability: I release Califlo Yoga, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in yoga classes and other activities. This waiver applies to personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Health and Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in yoga classes and activities at Califlo Yoga. I agree to inform the instructor of any physical limitations or medical conditions prior to participating in any class.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving necessary medical treatment and transportation to the nearest medical facility, and I assume all costs associated with such treatment and transportation.

5. Photography and Videography: I consent to the use of photographs and/or video recordings taken at Califlo Yoga for promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. Personal Property: I understand that Califlo Yoga is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the studio.

By registering for classes and reviewing waiver upon registering with CaliFlo Yoga, LLC and Crystal Portal, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability waiver.
